So I have a friend named Kyle. Kyle didn’t read reviews of the Newark taxi service ahead of time. If you read the reviews unlike Kyle, beware, the excessive cost is legit.
Kyle often uses Ubers to get to Newark. I, uh… I mean, my friend Kyle doesn’t go to New York, he usually goes to a hotel about 15 minutes away on the Jersey side. Newark cab service are best in my personal opinion.
But this time, fuck, I mean Kyle… I noticed that there was no line at the taxi stand and 200 people were waiting for Ubers. So what the heck, my friend Kyle decided to try this yellow cab.
LOL! Kyle now knows why there was no line at the taxi stand. The Uber fare was $30, the taxi fare was $46, but he kept going because Kyle is a committed guy when it comes to deciding on a course of action.
Kyle then arrived at his hotel and had to pay another 5.50 to use a credit card for payment at the end and of course add the tip. He tipped because the driver was a nice guy and Kyle is a nice guy and Kyle didn’t want to penalize the good driver with his company’s fees. Having Newark limousine service is perfect to save time.
When Kyle finished it was $63 for me, I mean him plus 30 Uber tips. 13 minutes from Secaucus.
Also, Kyle said the cab was wrecked and no air conditioning, August in Jersey, thank you. Running on the highway for 10 minutes with the windows open was like riding a hot air dryer. Kyle thought he was in the middle of a windstorm in the Mohave Desert. Kyle was sweating and thirsty before he got to the hotel. His shirt was wet, but his hair had a very sleek ’80s look, parted and slicked back.
